2. What data do we collect and for what purpose?
We collect personal data through the following channels:
- Contact Forms: Name, email address, phone number, company name. Purpose: To respond to your inquiries, provide commercial proposals, and manage our relationship. Legitimate basis: Consent of the interested party and/or execution of pre-contractual measures.
- Newsletter Subscription: Email address. Purpose: To send commercial communications, news, and updates. Legitimate basis: Consent of the interested party.
- Customer Portal (if applicable): Name, email, billing data, consumption data. Purpose: To provide the contracted service, maintenance, billing, and environmental impact reporting. Legitimate basis: Execution of a contract.
3. How long do we keep your data?
The provided personal data will be kept for the necessary time to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose, in addition to the periods established in the archives and documentation regulations.
4. Who do we share your data with?
Your data will not be communicated to third parties, except legal obligation. However, to provide the service securely, we may use third-party tools (Data Processors) located within the European Economic Area (EEA), such as hosting providers or CRM services, with whom we have signed the corresponding processing agreements.
5. What are your rights?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation about whether AquaPure S.L. is processing personal data that concerns them. Interested persons have the right to:
- Access: Consult your personal data included in AquaPure files.
- Rectification: Modify your personal data when it is inaccurate.
- Deletion: Request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.
- Opposition: Request not to process your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Limitation: Request the limitation of the processing of your data in the cases established by law.
- Portability: Receive the personal data provided in a structured format and transmit it to another controller.
You can exercise these rights by sending a written request, along with a copy of an identifying document, to privacy@aquapure.com. You also have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

AquaPure S.L. has adopted all the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed.
